Has it really been a month?!

Well I guess it's been a while...

Having a new role with my company and a fairly busy schedule has limited my recent blogging. Here are a few pictures from the last month or so.

The pictures include a visit here from Grandma Fontaine and Aunt Amy as well as a couple of pictures taken during Amanda's recent visit to North Carolina to see the Charlotte Creasons.

The latest videos

Here are two recent videos. The first is of Natalie's recent attempts at eating solid food. Tonight's main course was some good old fashioned oatmeal. I don't know if I've ever seen her smile so much, so I'm going to assume she really liked it (whether or not she was able to swallow any of the food is any one's guess:-)

We just got back earlier today from a great visit with my family in Williamsburg. Amanda, Natalie and I joined my parents and both my brothers' families in Virginia for a week. Here are some pictures from the week:

Gaining weight

Amanda and I are estimating (based on our home scale) that Natalie is up to about 13 or 14 pounds. Since we have started to supplement her diet with formula she is really growing (it also helps to have a great-grandmother in California that held her and feed her for about a week:-)

Here are some more recent pictures...I have to admit that I hardly recognize her myself. Look at those cheeks!

Singing together

It is cool to see Natalie becoming more responsive. She likes to 'talk' in the morning and tries to sing with me on occasion. This is a video of the two of us singing, 'Father, I adore you'.
